Charges and Conditions of Hire

The Grimoldby and Manby Village Hall is run by a dedicated committee who are not part of the Council.

Charges

Group 1.                     Hourly charge                                                              -           £15.00

Group 2.                     Mornings/Afternoons/Evenings (3 hourly sessions)

                                    For coffee mornings, meetings, children’s parties,

                                    whist drives etc.                                                          -           £40.00

                                    Each hour required over initial 3 hours.                     -           £15.00

Group 3.                     Evening dances, private parties, shows, concerts       -           £80.00

                                    and other entertainment.

                                    (Inclusive afternoon and evening session)

Group 4.                     Full Day.         Wedding receptions,

     Commercial exhibition or sales etc.               £160.00

Group 5                      Elections / Local Government / National Companies          £250.00 Full Day

Group 6                      Meeting Room ONLY.                                                           £10.00  Per Hour

                                    Access to WC’s.  No access to Kitchen

These charges cover the use of all the facilities within the Hall.  Other periods and requirements can be made through the Treasurer or Chair.
