To the Members of the Parish Council of Grimoldby and Manby:
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of Grimoldby and Manby Parish Council, which will be held on Wednesday 21stOctober 2020 by telephone conference at 7.30pm. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in the agenda below.
Please note that the meeting will begin at 7.30pm UNLESS any public are present in which case there will be a public forum when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements to the Council. Any public, wishing to speak on an agenda item or ‘sit in’ on the meeting(s) should advise the Clerk, using the email address below, in advance and may ‘join’ the meeting using the following details:

- Green Proposal
Council to receive and consider proposals from Cllr. Bruce (attached).
- Youth Club Funding
Cllr. Oughton to propose that the Parish Council agree in principle to financially support the Youth Club and that the Finance Sub Committee, as part of the budget setting process, propose an appropriate level of financial support for review and agreement of the Full Council.
- Notice Boards
Further to the noticeboard inventory circulated by email on 4th November 2019, Council to consider that it currently has 6 noticeboards located as follows: opposite Church Lane, outside Manby PO, outside Grimoldby village hall, outside old PO (Grimoldby), outside The Square at Middlegate Meadows. Council to note that the board located outside the old PO is of a different type to the other 5. Currently, of the other 5 only those outside the village hall, outside Manby PO and opposite Church Lane are intact, the others have been vandalised. However, that opposite Church Lane is barely usable due to the wet conditions of the site and obscurring of the perspex front due to other users who have glued notices to the front. Council to consider:- Decommissioning the boards located outside the old PO and opposite Church Lane.
- Purchase and installation of new boards.
- Dog Bins
Cllr. Mrs. E. Billings to propose that the Council provides ELDC with funds for two new dog bins to be located on Lowry Farm footpath, subject to agreement by ELDC.
- Football Club
Council to discuss rent payable by the Football Club for use of the football field and Pavilion and resolve upon the way forward.
- Carlton Road Playpark, Annual Inspection Report
Council to consider the Playpark Inspection Report received from Wicksteed, as circulated by email on 15th October 2020, and resolve upon the way forward.
- Annual Salary Review
As per the Clerk's contract Council to approve the implementation of an annual salary increase, effective henceforth.
- Any Other Business
Councillors to exchange information, if required. Please note, no decisions may lawfully be taken during this item.
